weLOAD 7000: Insertion solution for wide-ranging applications with a variety of options.
X on X, 1 on X, 2 on 4, 2 on 3, or 3 on 4 – thanks to the numerous possible distribution versions, the automatic infeeder weLOAD 7000 is the perfect solution for a large number of portion shapes, portion sizes, and die formats. On up to six lanes, a wide variety of applications can be realized in almost all die formats with a maximum foil width of 660 mm. If the distribution of X on X is sufficient and especially if the focus is to be on performance optimization, then the weLOAD 7000 version with a shortened line divider and additional discharging conveyor is the ideal choice. The light barriers detect the position of the portions even earlier in the process here, and the transition from a fast to a slow transport speed can therefore be made more smoothly.
In a special extension stage and in combination with the Weber weDIVIDE cheese block divider, the weLOAD 7000 is the optimum infeed solution for the 4-fold cheese applications and for reducing empty packages. The possibility of choosing from various infeed conveyor lengths allows it to be used for die formats with pulling lengths of up to 1,050 mm. In addition, the infeeder impresses with very easy handling and the highest hygiene standards.
Seamlessly integrated, intelligently networked: Weber infeeders can naturally be fully integrated in Weber wePACK thermoformer packaging machines – for a perfect mechanical connection and a highly functional process.
