The open Weber **derinders ASP 460 and ASP 560** are ideally suited for all round, self-rotating pieces for derinding. This includes ham, shoulder, and pork shank.  In order to process the products as individually as possible, various feed and discharge tables are available for the machine, in addition to different blade holders that meet customer requirements. Thanks to their open and simultaneously space-saving design, not only can the ASP 460 and 560 be used for almost every production environment but are also user friendly and easy to clean.
